Privacy Policy
GeoSignal helps teams understand website launch readiness and AI visibility signals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.
Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, project domains, audit job metadata, and settings that users provide inside the product.
When a user connects Google Search Console, GeoSignal requests read-only access. We store encrypted OAuth tokens and use them to retrieve Search Analytics summaries for connected projects.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, run site audits, display dashboard status, maintain integration health, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and improve product reliability.
GeoSignal uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate product analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Google API Data
Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing GeoSignal features selected by the user. We request the minimum Google Search Console scope needed for read-only reporting.
Users can disconnect Google Search Console in the product, revoke access from their Google Account, or ask us to delete stored integration data.
Service Providers
GeoSignal may use infrastructure and product service providers such as Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Sentry, and Google APIs to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage for connected OAuth tokens. We retain information while accounts or projects are active, and as needed for security, audit, and legal obligations.
