Refund Policy
We want GeoSignal to be an easy decision. If a paid plan does not work out for you, this policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with a first-time purchase of a GeoSignal paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questionnaires, no hoops.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
How to Request a Refund
Email xiec81@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, and include your order or receipt reference if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Where orders are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, the refund is issued through that provider.
