Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using GeoSignal. By accessing the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for websites, projects, and data you are authorized to manage.
Operator

Service
GeoSignal provides AI visibility intelligence, site readiness audits, integration status, and workflow guidance for growth and website operations teams.
Accounts and Authorized Use
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You may only connect domains, analytics sources, and Google Search Console properties that you own or are authorized to administer.
Plans, Billing, and Payment
Paid features are sold as subscriptions, billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the prices shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record for the transaction; your purchase may additionally be subject to that provider’s buyer terms. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. If prices or plan limits change, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before the change affects them.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
First-time purchases are covered by a 14-day refund window, and renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the charge. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
Do not use GeoSignal to abuse third-party services, submit unauthorized URLs, interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Third-Party Services
GeoSignal can connect to third-party services such as Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Bing Webmaster Tools, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, and Sentry. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Beta Availability
GeoSignal may change, pause, or discontinue beta features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every external data source will return complete results.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Visibility data, audit scores, and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any search or AI ranking outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will announce it on this page and update the date above; continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
